It’s a beautiful bag! I have minor issue with zipper not properly working it’s hard to open and close on one side. I called the customer service and they assisted me without hesitation and resolved the issues with so many option. Katespades bag is lightweight compared to other Brand. Being a person with multiple surgeries on both of my shoulders Lightweight bag is a BIG PLUS on choosing a bag. With the Katespades medium tote bag is very spacious I’m able to put all my medication when I travel and still have room for my personal stuff. Thank you Katespades.

Love it!
This is my second Harlow medium tote that I highly recommend, especially when you travel as it has a deep exterior pocket that is very useful for holding travel documents. I first got it in the warm beige color, and now in the warm/pinkish grey. Beautiful!
